Day 238 of my 365 day challenge: I thought with Valentines coming up that it would be fitting to do something with red roses...So here is what I did...Me with a rose in my mouth with red lipstick on :) I think it turned out pretty good and unique!! Here is my photo for today!!

Day 237 of my 365 day challenge: Today I thought I would do something a little bit more unique for my photo of the day..I have to say it was really difficult taking a picture of my eye..lol, It took a few times to get this picture how I was wanting it :) here is my photo...MY eye with some peacock feather flare :)

Day 236 of my 365 day challenge: I thought it would be pretty to take a pic of these winter berries....I love how red they are and with the dew dripping off the bottom of it :) here is my photo for the day. I Love the challenge of posting a picture every day...some days it can be so stressful, and others I am so excited I feel like jumping up and down. I cant believe I have been doing this challenge for so long...Only 100+ days to go....With trying to find a picture every day and posting it every day makes me find the beauty in anything and everything. Thank you all for all your feedback, it means so much!

Day 235 of my 365 day challenge: Today I was on my way home from a family photo shoot and on my way home I looked over at the beach and noticed the tide was way out...I saw a row of pilings and thought how pretty it would be to get the right angle of all of them :) This is what I got :)

Day 234 of my 365 day challenge: Today was my mini shoots for Valentines Day...Red Roses, and lots of Kisses :) I had to pick this photo for my challenge, I love the expression on her face when her Love is kissing her on the neck :) So Sweet! Here is my photo for today :)

Day 233 of my 365 day challenge: What a wet, yucky day outside...it was a bit challenging today to get a pic when everything was so dreary and icky...But I managed to get a picture of Rocks...I know..havent done that yet, so why not:) Here is my photo today....Cant believe its been 8 + months of this challenge :)

Day 232 of my 365 day challenge: I had a couple of really cool photo shoots today..my first Gothic shoot, which was a blast and then a maternity this evening of my brother and his wife....After looking at the maternity of my bro and his wife I had to post them as my pic of the day :) Here they are at 15 weeks..happy as can be :) I will be doing a photo for them every month until the baby is born. Congrats Caleb and Becky!!

Day 231 of my 365 day challenge: I wanted to do a picture of pinecones...Havent done that yet for my challenge. This road we were driving on was just covered with them so I got my butt on the road and watched for no oncoming traffic..lol. I thought it would make a cool pic. Here you go :)

Day 230 of my 365 day challenge

Day 230 of my 365 day challenge: Today My husband and I drove up Mountain loop highway...a long ways up and there was snow, but you could tell some of it was melting. I wanted my hubby to pull over to one of our camping spots up there..so I could walk around and find my photo for today...I noticed on a lot of the trees that there was rain drops just hanging beautifully off of the tree limbs...I found one that was just perfect....you can tell its still a bit icy but melting, I am pretty pleased at how it turned out.

Day 229 of my 365 day challenge: My husband and I went for a walk today to our boys school and I noticed an old bell out front...and thought it would be perfect for my picture of the day...so old and rusty..and like I said Im a sucker for antiques/vintage items :) Here is my photo!

Day 227 of my 365 day challenge: Today I did an engagement photo shoot with Nicole and Skyler, they were such an adorable couple....so in love! They will be getting married this September...YAY. They wanted there engagement pictures to be done by the water...They love the beach and will be getting married on Orcas Island...will be a beautiful wedding for sure!! :) here is my photo...I found this shell on the beach..and the turquoise color was awesome....and putting her gorgeous ring it made her ring stand out even more! :)

Day 226 of my 365 day challenge: My daughter and I were playing with her doll house and playing dress up...I thought it would be so cute to do a flower girl look for my photo of the day...I had a bundle of dried flowers and we put her fur shawl on...and wala....lol, she looks so dang cute...I told her to keep her head ...down and look at the flowers so I could take my pic..she stood so still and when I snapped the pic she looked up at me with the biggest smile and said "You get it Mom?" My little model!! :)

 

Day 224 of my 365 day challenge

Day 224 of my 365 day challenge: Today my hubby and I went down to the River near our house to find my picture of the day, and we came across an old bridge...it wasnt the greatest looking and the river wasnt that pretty either, due to all the rain/snow...I was a falling a bit behind my hubby trying to find my pic for the day and when I looked ahead he was holding my daughters hand back to the car..and I thought how precious it would be to get them holding hands together. Here is my photo for the day.

Day 223 of my 365 day challenge: Today was a day of baking, cooking and getting things done around the house, it felt wonderful. I started my morning baking some delicious Peanut butter blossom cookies....and ended my day with Spicy Coconut/cayenne Chicken with apricot sauce and Jalapeño corn bread and veggies, I decided to use the cookies as my picture of the day, they just looked good for a picture of the day~

Day 222 of my 365 day challenge: I know I have done a few barn photos, and I dont get sick of it..I love old barns, they are so unique and awesome looking. I had fun editing this and just loved the low clouds looming over the top of it...Looks so much like Washington if you ask me :)

Day 221 of my 365 day challenge: I had a choice today to do another snow picture or something else, I decided to do something a little different, since how I have taken quite a few snow pics over the last couple of weeks. I thought it would be cool to take a picture of some broken glass outside with the light shining on it...here is my photo! :)

Day 220 of my 365 day challenge: Holy smokes....we have been pounded with snow today..and I LOVE IT!!!! This pic that I took is our tree out in our back yard...this was taken this afternoon, now we have an extra 3 inches and its still comin down...I love our Tulip tree out back...I think after this snow is gone, we are going to do some pruning, its starting to hang pretty low..lol! Day 218 of my 365 day challenge: Today was my daughters birthday..BIG 3...Man does time sure fly, Im sure all you parents feel the same way. Well she is absolutely in LOVE with SpongeBob, so of course this year she wanted her birthday party to be all spongebob...lol, so cute! We had a blast today, and she was a busy bee all day long, her party wasnt until 4:30, so as you can imagine it was killing her to eat her cake and open her presents. Seeing spongebob everywhere just made her day for sure!! Happy birthday my Princess....Here is my photo for today.

Day 217 of my 365 day challenge: I had an errand to run today and decided to take a back road here in my town and saw a cool old mailbox covered with snow...I thought it would make for a cool picture :) I am a HUGE sucker for antique/vintage items...and this mailbox definitely looks vintage!!

Day 216 of my 365 day challenge: My husband and I went for a drive up a long windy road towards Arlington and my eye caught the most beautiful barn and what made it even better is that it was covered in snow and the Evergreen trees had just enough snow on them to make this picture look so awesome/wintery! I had to take a pic of it today. Here is my photo! :)

Day 214 of my 365 day challenge: I was looking out at the snow in our yard with the sun shining on it and it was so beautiful and sparkly that I thought it would be different and unique to take a picture of it close up...I just think its so awesome to see the snowflakes up close, they look like small crystals.

Day 212 of my 365 day challenge: I was a bit surprised to drive out of our small town today covered in snow and only 5 miles out towards Lake Stevens and Marysville, there is no snow whatsoever....I love living here and seeing a white winter wonderland :) I wanted to show the snow on the trees....so awesome and pretty frozen now, since how its in the low 20s mid day today!!

Day 210 of my 365 day challenge: So where we live we have gotten quite a bit of snow :) SO of course I have to take a pic of something to do with it....I found snow flakes that had landed on a spider web..I thought it was pretty cool looking!!! I think I will be showing pictures with the snow over the next few days...I love that I can get some new looks outside...A winter wonderland!

Day 209 of my 365 day challenge: I think this is funny and honestly its because you dont really think about how it sometimes is difficult to think of what to photograph everyday for a year....man oh man...I was cleaning my ears, which is an addiction for me I think..lol, and thought why not throw a pile of Q tips on my bed..hahahahaha...This is what I got :) Kinda cool I thought, if you like Q tips that is...lol~this challenge can be so funny :)

Day 208 of my 365 day challenge: I wanted to take a picture of some interesting looking moss that is growing up around the mountain that we live close to. I think its pretty cool looking...I found some of it hanging off a small broken branch on the side of the road..thought it would make a cool pic!

Day 207 of my 365 day challenge: My husband and I took a relaxing drive today up the Mountain Loop by our house, we love doing this...we get to talk and be close and just enjoy nature. I intentionally took my camera with me knowing that I would find my picture of the day while we were out and about! Here is my photo for today, We have swam in this river during the summer and sat by the river during the cold months eating in our car watching the river flow. Here is my photo for today!

Day 206 of my 365 day challenge: I wanted to take a picture of my husbands aunts christmas village that was set up at her place, in fact she had one in each room, it was very cool. This is just a small portion of her village of homes that she had up for display, its so cool looking! It was getting late...so this was the best that I got as far as my pic goes..lol! day 205 of my 365 day challenge: My family and I had a great Christmas Eve, spending time with both sides of the family and enjoying the company of those we love! I am so happy and blessed to have my husband and my kids and to be able to reflect at the end of my day on good things! I wanted to do a pic of me and my hubby...I know alot of you ask for more photos of me and my life, well this is us at the end of our Christmas Eve....and we are tired...LoL, 3 kids unwrapping presents all night, White elephant gift exchange and good times and laughs. Day 204 of my 365 day challenge: Today was a full day of baking cookies, bars and more cookies and so I thought it would only make sense to take a pic of one kind of cookies that I made..In case you are curious from the picture what kind they are, they are....Chewy Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate and Walnut cookies, and I have to say yummy! :)

Day 201 of my 365 day challenge: My family and I were on our way home today from some shopping and I told my husband to take a back road to see if I could get a picture..and sure enough we came to a goat farm....It was so funny because when I got out to snap the picture, they were just standing there watching me....all of them, wondering what I was doing Im sure..lol! I thought the horns on the back goat was really cool, so this is what Im using as my photo of the day!

Day 200 of my 365 day challenge: So I know this picture is pretty average, but I had to post it...its our little Dachshund riding my sons skateboard...lol, I had to take a pic of him....so hilarious!!! So my picture of the day is goofy, havent done one of those yet :)

Day 199 of my 365 day challenge: Tonight we had the Granite falls Fire stations Truck and Paramedics vehicle drive by honking and lit up for Christmas, it was so cool....we ran outside with the kiddos and waved as they went by and Santa came up to my daughter and says Merry Christmas and her reply was: MY MOMMY SAYS I LIKE YOU.....LOL, so so funny and cute :) I had to get a pic of the firetruck, what a cute little town we live in :)

Day 198 of my 365 day challenge: Today I was able to meet such a cutie pie...Talk about a doll :) It was so cute to see her and her dad getting pictures done, adorable..she definitely Luvs her daddy! I had to use one of the photos from this shoot as my photo of the day, and I picked this one, because you could just see how daddy loved his little girl, and her smile was so sweet in this picture.

Day 197 of my 365 day challenge: Today I spent the day in Seattle, taking my Mom to Swedish, it was a long day to say the least, so I knew I would have to bring my camera to get my picture of the day while being up that way :) I went for a walk while I was waiting and came to a Beautiful Catholic Church and saw a statue of Mary with Baby Jesus...I loved it, and the reflection off of the stained glass was amazing. I thought this picture was fitting for Christmas :) Here is my photo for Today.

Day 196 of my 365 day challenge: Today my husband and I went for a nice drive right here in Granite up Mountain loop, its so nice to live so close to the Mountains..grab a coffee and just chit chat our little hearts out! :) Some of the trees were so dang mossy and as my Daughter announced "scary" lol. Day 193 of my 365 day challenge: WOW, what a crazy weekend.....not much internet and scrambling to get my photos of the day up..lol, if you couldnt tell..lol! I wanted to post a picture of my kiddos gingerbread house..they are all so cute when it comes to decorating...a fun family tradition. Of course Aryana had to eat it when it was done...so you can see spots of it are missing..lol, its got a lot of blank spots due to eating along the way..heehee.
